Nuvia Cleans – Service Agreement & Policies (Texas)
By booking or receiving services from Nuvia Cleans, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Services Provided
We offer residential cleaning services tailored to your needs, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, and trash removal.
Additional services must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
2. Scheduling & Property Access
Appointments are scheduled within arrival windows (exact times are not guaranteed).
You agree to:

Provide safe and timely access to your home

Ensure water and electricity are available
-
Secure pets and remove hazards
By booking, you authorize Nuvia Cleans to enter your property at the scheduled time, even if you are not present (as long as access is arranged).
Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed

A valid card must be kept on file
You authorize us to charge your card for:

Scheduled and recurring services
-
Add-ons or extra time
-
Cancellation or no-show fees
Recurring services are automatically charged after each visit unless canceled according to this policy.
Declined payments may result in service suspension and a $30 processing fee.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations

Less than 24 hours’ notice: $70 fee
-
Same-day cancellation or no access: up to 100% of service cost
These fees compensate for reserved time and missed opportunities.
Rescheduling with proper notice is free, based on availability.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of your service.
We’ll make it right with a re-clean or another appropriate solution.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, please:

Provide a safe, accessible workspace

Minimize interruptions during service

Share special requests in advance
We are not responsible for incomplete work due to unsafe conditions or interruptions.
7. Damage & Liability
We take great care while cleaning your home. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Fragile or improperly secured items
-
Damage resulting from client instructions
Please secure valuable or sentimental items before service.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
If we are found responsible, we may repair, replace, or offer reasonable compensation. Liability is limited to the cost of the service visit, as permitted by Texas law.
8. Non-Solicitation Policy
Clients agree not to hire or solicit Nuvia Cleans staff during service or for 12 months after service ends without written permission.
Violation of this policy will result in a $7,500 fee.
9. Service Expectations
Cleaning results vary depending on the condition of the home.
Heavily soiled areas may require multiple visits. We do not guarantee full restoration in a single cleaning.
10. Safety & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

The environment is unsafe or hazardous

Cleaners feel threatened
-
Conditions fall outside our scope of work
In these cases, full service fees may still apply.
11. Privacy & Communication
By booking with us, you agree to receive service-related communications via text or email, including:

Appointment updates
-
Service reminders
-
Occasional promotions
You can opt out at any time. We do not sell or share your personal information.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, emergencies, or government actions.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.
14. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between you and Nuvia Cleans. No verbal agreements apply.
15. Agreement Acceptance
By booking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
