Welcome to Nuvia Cleans! We’re honored to care for your home and truly appreciate your trust. These Terms of Service are designed to ensure clear communication and a smooth experience for everyone. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.

💲 Payment & Pricing

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service. A valid payment method must be kept on file.

  • ACH (Preferred): No fees
  • Debit Card: No fees
  • Credit Card: 3% processing fee

If a payment fails, a valid payment must be provided within 24 hours. Services may be paused or canceled for repeated non-payment.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for first-time cleanings and move-in/out cleanings.

  • Reschedule with 48+ hours notice → deposit can be applied once
  • Late cancellations → deposit is forfeited

Pricing & Estimates

All estimates are based on average home conditions. If additional work is required, we will confirm any price changes before proceeding.

Rates may be adjusted over time with advance notice.

First-Time Cleaning Discount with Recurring Service

Customers who sign up for recurring service may be eligible for a discounted first-time cleaning.

If the required number of recurring cleanings is not completed, the initial cleaning will revert to its full price, and the discount will be charged to the payment method on file.

📅 Scheduling & Access

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48+ hours notice: No fee
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • No access to home: 100% of service charged

Recurring clients should maintain their schedule. Major changes may include a 33% schedule adjustment fee.

Home Access

Clients must provide access (code, key, or be present). This ensures smooth and timely service.

Holidays & Weather

We are closed on major holidays. Severe weather may require rescheduling for safety.

  • Recurring Cleaning: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly upkeep
  • Standard Cleaning: Routine cleaning to keep your home fresh, tidy, and well-maintained
  • First-Time Cleaning: A more detailed initial service designed to bring your home up to standard before starting recurring service
  • Move-In/Out Cleaning: Full property reset for moving in or out
  • Add-on services are available for additional detail.

Preparation

Please declutter surfaces before we arrive so we can focus on cleaning. Heavily cluttered areas may not be cleaned or may require extra time/fees.

Supplies

We bring all supplies. If you prefer we use yours, please let us know in advance.

Pets

We love pets! For safety, please secure anxious or aggressive pets during the cleaning.

We stand behind our work. If something is missed, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to make it right.

🔒 Safety & Protection

Damage & Breakage

While rare, accidents can happen. If they do:

  • We will notify you immediately
  • We will repair, replace, or compensate as appropriate

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Unstable or improperly secured items

Safety Policy

  • We do not move heavy items (over 15 lbs)
  • We do not clean hazardous or unsafe conditions
  • Shoes are worn at all times for safety

Confidentiality

Your privacy is always respected. Your information will never be shared.

Either party may end service at any time, following the cancellation and pricing terms outlined above.
