NUVIA CLEANS – BOOKING TERMS (AGREEMENT)
By submitting your booking, you agree to the following:
✔ Services
Residential cleaning services are provided based on your selection. Add-ons or extra time may increase the final price.
✔ Access Requirements
You agree to provide access to your home at the scheduled time and ensure:
• Utilities (water & electricity) are available
• Pets are secured
• The space is safe for cleaning
If we cannot access the property, fees may apply.
✔ Payment Authorization
You agree to:
• Pay on the day of service
• Keep a valid card on file
• Allow charges for services, add-ons, and applicable fees
Recurring bookings are automatically charged per visit.
✔ Cancellations
• 24-hour notice required
• Less than 24 hours: $70 fee
• Same-day or no access: up to 100% of service cost
✔ Satisfaction Guarantee
Not happy? Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
✔ Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured fragile items.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours.
Liability is limited to the service amount.
✔ Safety Policy
We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
✔ Agreement
