How do I book a cleaning service?
Booking with Nuvia Cleans is simple. You can request a quote or schedule your cleaning through our online booking form. Once we receive your request, we will review your details and follow up with pricing, availability, and next steps.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve your time slot. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning service is completed, unless another payment arrangement has been approved in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure electronic payments, including credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods. Payment details and instructions will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
What is the difference between Standard Cleaning and First-Time Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning is best for homes that are already maintained on a regular basis. It includes general cleaning, dusting, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping.
First-Time Cleaning is more detailed and is recommended for new clients, homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently, or homes with visible dust, buildup, pet hair, or areas needing extra attention.
Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes. We offer recurring cleaning options for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients. Recurring cleanings help maintain your home consistently and may qualify for discounted pricing.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You do not need to be home as long as we have approved access instructions. You may provide a door code, garage code, lockbox information, or another agreed-upon access method.
How should I prepare my home before cleaning day?
To help us clean efficiently, please pick up clothing, toys, dishes, personal items, and clutter before we arrive. Please also secure valuables, important documents, and fragile items.
You do not need to clean before we arrive; we are here to handle that.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Nuvia Cleans provides the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you prefer us to use specific products, please let us know in advance and have them available on the day of service.
What areas do you service?
Nuvia Cleans serves Richardson, TX and surrounding areas, including Dallas, Plano, Garland, and nearby communities.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service cost, and same-day cancellations, lockouts, or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
What happens if you arrive and cannot access my home?
If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot access the property due to locked doors, incorrect codes, unavailable keys, or lack of communication, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation or no-show.
What if my home requires more work than expected?
Pricing is based on the information provided at booking. If your home requires additional time due to heavy buildup, excessive clutter, pet hair, neglected areas, or extra labor, additional charges may apply. Whenever possible, we will communicate and receive approval before proceeding with extra work.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, we are pet-friendly. For everyone’s safety, we ask that aggressive or anxious pets be secured during the cleaning. Please note that we do not clean litter boxes, pet waste, or biohazard materials.
What services are not included?
For safety and health reasons, we do not clean mold, pest infestations, rodent droppings, human waste, pet waste, blood, biohazards, hazardous chemicals, hoarding-level conditions, or areas requiring unsafe ladder use or heavy furniture moving.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Nuvia Cleans offers a 24-hour satisfaction follow-up window. If something was missed or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of service so we can review the concern and make reasonable efforts to address it.
Do you offer refunds?
Because cleaning is a completed service, refunds are not typically offered once the service has been performed. However, if there is a concern, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours so we can work to make it right.
Do you clean inside ovens, refrigerators, or cabinets?
Yes, these are available as add-on services. Please request add-ons at the time of booking so we can schedule the proper amount of time.
Do you offer move-in or move-out cleaning?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleanings are available for empty or mostly empty homes, apartments, and rental properties. This service is more detailed and may include inside cabinets, drawers, and appliance interiors if selected.
Can I request special instructions?
Yes. You may include special instructions when booking, such as priority areas, product preferences, access notes, or areas you do not want cleaned.
How long does a cleaning usually take?
Cleaning time depends on the home size, condition, service type, and selected add-ons. First-time, deep, and move-out cleanings usually take longer than standard or recurring cleanings.
